Established in 1972, (shown below as we were then) Regal Motors (Bilston) Ltd is a family owned and run company.
Based in Oxford Street, Bilston near Wolverhampton in the West Midlands we have grown substantially over the years – and we aim to continue that growth as we move forward. Peugeot is a major supplier of cars, vans and vehicle parts in the UK across all channels of business, and plans to increase its market share even further in the coming years.
Regal are proud to be holders of the Peugeot franchise and look forward to further developing our working partnership with Peugeot Motor Company in the future.
Now employing nearly 60 staff, we have re-developed all of the site over the years, in 2000 a purpose built, high quality, Service & Parts Department was completed, fully equipped with specialist facilities for cars, light commercial vehicles and Motorhomes; also catering for tyres, brakes, exhausts, all makes servicing etc as well as M.O.Ts.
Then in the summer of 2010 our site underwent a total transformation as we went 'Blue Box' inside and out (see the Latest News page). With fully refurbished showrooms and receptions, a comfortable customer cafe facility including television, daily newspapers, complimentary coffee machine, and space for customers to work at if they wish while waiting. This expansion programme was a move designed to ensure that Regal maintains the high standards of service comfort and convenience our customers expect.
In fact customer service from Regal really means just that. As a family business - founded by my father John Jackson, we are highly customer focused, and from a womans perspective I hope we offer something a bit different than the average car Dealership. I want everyone to feel welcome when they walk through our doors , especially women who are buying more cars in their own right than ever before.
I am proud to say that over 50 percent of our business now comes from repeat or recommendation, and almost 70 percent of our after-sales trade also comes from established customers.
We can not and do not promise that nothing will ever go wrong, but if there is ever problem you can be assured that we will do everything we can to ensure that it is resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Our aim is to give our customers peace of mind so they come back again and again!
